The Opel Rocks E-Xtreme Concept: A Masterpiece By A Talented Student

Opel's family of tiny vehicles is about to get even more exciting with the introduction of a brand new concept: the Rocks e-Xtreme. Unfortunately, it seems that this creation will not see the light of day in real life.
Opel built their newest concept on a winning entry by student Lukas Wenzhöfer in their annual #OpelDesignHack contest.
The concept vehicle differs visually from the standard model in many key respects, including its larger wheel arches, tubular structure, large rear wing, and sticky tires. New taillights and a set of extra LED lights positioned on the roof's framework are also included. Meanwhile, the Opel Vizor has been reinterpreted in the front fascia, and the suspension has been changed, too.
The designer emphasized that a vehicle's off-road capabilities bolster a sense of independence by making it possible to go to any location. This function gives people the freedom to go about and discover new places.
The electric power comes from a 5.5-kilowatt-hour battery pack, which can take you as far as 47 miles according to WLTP standards. They work together with an electric motor that can generate 8 horsepower. We must say, the E-Xtreme concept has turned out to be quite impressive!
