The electric automobile being produced by Chinese tech firm Xiaomi has already made appearances on a variety of websites and social media platforms in China ahead of its anticipated official introduction in 2024.
Xiaomi's car development team was established in 2021, when the company acquired Deepmotion Tech, an autonomous driving technology firm, and started construction on an electric vehicle assembly factory. The MS11, the production model of said vehicle, has just been shown.
This sedan's aerodynamic performance is enhanced by its coupe-like sportback shape. Front and rear fender vents and a pair of yellow Brembo brakes up the sporty ante. The Lidar sensor positioned on the roof and the flush door handles are other tech-forward touches.
A report from Car News China claims that CATL and BYD batteries would power the vehicle, while electric motors would be manufactured in-house by Xiaomi. Range and power specifications have not yet been revealed.
