The Incompetence of Road Workers - artificial speed limit!

The Road Workers' incompetence often generates extremely dangerous situations. Not in some cases where poor quality works create an artificial speed limit.

Many drivers are dissatisfied with the speed limits installed, but it seems that their dissatisfaction is a bit unfounded. For example on some roads in the world, the incompetence of the workers has created artificial speed limits. At least it is clear from a recent video posted on YouTube, where the high level of the asphalt created almost an invisible speed limiter. From the video, which apparently is made in one of the Middle Eastern countries, as clearly observed because of a mound of the asphalt the cars seem to take off.
