The Facelifted Hyundai Avante Showcases A Fresh New Look
by AutoExpert | 28 February, 2023
Unveiled recently, the updated version of the Hyundai Avante (also known as the Elantra in South Korea) features a revamped front end, lending the sedan a more sophisticated and serious look. The key changes include a pair of horizontally oriented headlights that are joined by a trim piece, a narrower grille separated from the lower intake, and faux side bumper intakes with black-finished trims.
Notably, these changes are only for the regular Avante trim. Despite the update, the Hyundai Avante/Elantra still maintains its recognizable profile, which includes the distinct door surfacing and a fresh pair of two-tone finished alloy wheels.
At the rear, the vehicle features full-width LED taillights, a sharply inclined rear glass, and a tailgate similar to the current model. Nevertheless, there is a new design for the rear bumper that includes a significant black-painted area and decorative aluminum-style trim that surrounds the faux diffuser.
Inside the car, there are minimal changes, with the digital cockpit, including dual 10.25-inch screens, remaining in the same panel. One noticeable update is the Sage Green upholstery that can be seen on the seats, center console, and door panels.
The technical details of the updated Hyundai Avante/Elantra have not been disclosed yet. As a reminder, the current model is offered in both ICE-powered and hybrid versions, with the N Line and N models emphasizing performance. We can expect to learn more about the updated sedan's powertrain and performance specifications at a later date.
