New photos have surfaced of a limited-edition 70th anniversary Corvette on the internet. Chevrolet's official visualizer is said to be the source of the photographs, which reveal two color possibilities for the special Corvette Z06. Both CorvetteBlogger and Midenginecorvetteforum reported the pictures, crediting a member called Jeremy as the one who modified the car and supplied the photos.
The special Corvette Z06 will be available in two colors: White Pearl Metallic Tri-coat with extra Satin Matrix Gray Stripes and Carbon Flash Metallic with additional Satin Black Metallic Stripes, according to the post.
It will also include Edge red brake calipers and Carbon flash wheels with an Edge Red Stripe, similar to the 2012 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 Centennial Edition.
External badging and wheel center caps, and also Carbon Flash mirrors and spoilers, will distinguish the 70th Anniversary Edition Corvette Z06. Unique luggage set with red accents and the 70th Anniversary insignia is also available, as is an Edge Red engine cover, a rear bumper protector, trunk cover, and an Edge Red engine cover.
Ceramic GT2 seats with red trim or additional sports seats are available on the inside of the Corvette. It also has red seat belts, a suede steering wheel, and 70th Anniversary insignia on the seats, steering wheel, and sill plates to complete the design.
The high-performance Corvette Z06 is expected to go into production on May 9, 2022, and dealerships should be ready to start taking orders for the 2023 model as early as March 24. This means that the 70th Anniversary Edition vehicle from Chevrolet might be unveiled very soon.
