Skoda has produced 11 million cars in Mlada Boleslav!

The new record production of the Skoda brand is characterized by the fact that over 50% of the 11 million units produced in total were built in Mlada Boleslav, and a million of them were produced in the past two years.
Skoda factory builds six models with the help of approximately 10,000 employees, and the factory has been upgraded significantly in the past three years to facilitate this step. In early 2013, the Czech car manufacturer commemorate the cumulative production of 15 million cars in all its factories (Skoda has two factories in the Czech Republic: Kvasiny and Vrchlaba), from 1905 to the present. The factory in Mlada Boleslav had a famous production of 10 million units on 12 October 2011.
The previous anniversary production of the Skoda was held on 26 August 2013, when they celebrated four million units of Skoda Octavia built.
