Roush And Magnuson Introduce 810 HP Supercharger For 2024 Ford Mustang GT
by AutoExpert | 17 July, 2024
For the 2024 Ford Mustang GT, Roush Performance and Magnuson Superchargers have collaborated to develop a new supercharger package. You can get 810 horsepower and 630 lb-ft of torque with this package. That's a whole extra 195 lb-ft of torque and 330 horsepower! Wow!
The exact components of the supercharger were not disclosed by Roush, but it was said that it is "based on an inverted Eaton TVS R2650 with a front inlet, dual intercoolers,, and an 84mm pulley, which makes a peak boost of 13 psi at 7,500 rpm."
A big heat exchanger, billet fuel rails, twin cone fuel injectors with optimized director plates, and a Bosch PCE intercooler pump are all part of the package. A Roush Performance calibration, Ford Performance spark plugs, a Degas bottle, and bespoke hardware are among the other notable features.
Launching at $9,995, the 2024 Ford Mustang GT kit is a Limited Edition Phase 2 model. Alternatively, you may hold off until later this year, when the regular Phase 1 and Phase 2 kits become available. These kits are compatible with both manual and automatic gearboxes, but the price is yet unknown.
