Brabus introduced its upgrade package for the new generation Mercedes-Benz S-Class. Along with the stock equipped with the AMG Line, this package brings a front spoiler for improved aerodynamic efficiency with new side air intake surrounds, an integrated LED side marker, and rear bumper insert, with cutouts for the new exhaust pipes. Brabus is also working on a naked carbon-boot-lid-spoiler concept.
The upgrades bring optional 19-, 20- and 21-inch aluminum wheels, tailor-made for the 2021 S-Class. When you see a ‘Platinum Edition’ alloys with different patterns that come in combination with various Continental, Pirelli, or Yokohama wheels, you understand that the package is a real deal. The 21-inch set matches the exterior color and wrapped in 265/35 front and 305/30 rear rubber.
This Mercedes-Benz S-Class’s got a Brabus-style stance by a lower the ride height by up to 1-inch (25 mm), depending on the selected driving mode, without compromising the luxury sedan’s comfortable ride. The package brings a fine leather upholstery in porcelain and predominant black color for the interior. There is a stunning shadow chrome coating for all switches, carbon fiber trim. The exclusive white scuff plates white that change color under different ambient lighting.
The S-Class powered by a 3.0-liter mild-hybrid inline-six engine of the S500 delivers 64 horsepower and 70 Newton-meters of torque. Along with the famous Brabus plug-and-play module, it brings a total of 493 horsepower and 590 Newton-meter. With such performances, the vehicle reaches a 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) sprint in just 4.7 seconds and a top speed of 155 mph (250 km/h).
The upgrade performance for the turbodiesel has improved output and torque by 40 horsepower and 50 Newton-meter. A sprint of 0.2-second improved for a maximum 250 km/h top speed. Other projects that Brabus is currently working on are the power upgrades towards the petrol, diesel, and hybrid lineup of the new S-Class. And we already know that this will be successful.
