I.DE.A, which stands for the Institute of Development in Auto Engineering, decided to create the IDEA ERA concept car in order to celebrate the 30 years anniversary. The company was founded in 1978 and has nowadays four branches in South America, Asia, and Europe.
This is a roadster model, with a pretty simple exterior design. There are curvy lines embellishing the body with an elegant back hood.
The Era's cabin keeps things simple, as well. Oh, there are no doors planned for this concept.
The designers plan the concept to be powered by a four or six cylinders engine, working with an FWD transmission. There is also the alternative of an RWD drive train, with a maximum power of 300 hp.
The initial sketches were approved in only 30 days so that the full-scale model was quickly built.
