It was the shortest description of a car which cost passes the threshold of two million dollars!
Specifically, we are talking about a copy of BMW 507 produced in 1959, being among the last models assembled from a total of 217 units produced over time. The Roadster is equipped with a 3.2-liter V8 engine that develops 148 horsepower that is connected to a four speeds gearbox demonstrating a dynamic envied during those years.
The car is presented in an excellent condition both outside and inside and is characterized by an extremely popular contrast color, black and red. After at least two owners were changed and went through a phase of restoration in the 1980s, BMW is now in the garage of the RM Sotheby's in New York. From here it is auctioned and the amount is not modest. The American company hopes to get between 2.3 and 2.6 million dollars.
