The new Bentayga S Black Edition is Bentley's way of enhancing the Bentayga's already impressive look. According to the automaker, the Bentayga S Black Edition is the most visually arresting SUV they have ever produced.
The many black accents, such as the tinted windows, make it stand out from competing models. The SUV also features black letters and the Styling Specification bodykit. There are seven other accent colors that customers may choose from for the car: Mandarin, Signal Yellow, Klein Blue, Pillar Box Red, Ice, Hyper Green, and Beluga.
These embellishments adorn the SUV's interior and exterior, extending to the side skirts, rear diffuser, and rear wing. As for the SUV's interior, it has piping, lush Beluga leather upholstery, contrast stitching, and an embroidered "S" insignia on each seat. The façade and center console also have a new carbon fiber weave. Additionally, Bentley now comes standard with a new Dark Chrome option that adds metal inside trim.
There will be three different audio systems for customers to choose from, one of which is a Naim flagship. You can expect the S Black Edition to reach 60 mph in 4.4 seconds and reach a high speed of 180 mph thanks to its 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine, which produces 542 horsepower and 568 lb-ft of torque. Plus, it has sports suspension and electronic all-wheel steering as standard equipment, so it stays put on the road.
Additionally, there is electric active roll control technology available in the Bentley Dynamic Ride system. Improved turn-in response, less body roll, and enhanced steering feel are among the claims made by Bentley's new Sport driving mode. Also included are a sports exhaust and a recalibrated torque-vectoring braking system. Also, the S Black Edition can still handle off-road terrain with a 500 mm (19.6-inch) wading depth, so it can handle snow and wet grass, dirt and gravel, mud and trail, and sand.
A hybrid version of the Bentley S Black Edition will soon be available for purchase for customers concerned about their fuel consumption. A 3.0 liter TFSI V6 gasoline engine producing 456 horsepower plus a 100 kW (134 hp) electric motor generator power this variant. The vehicle has a peak speed of 158 mph and can accelerate to 62 mph in 5.3 seconds.
