Nissan Introduces Special Edition Juke Kiiro In Collaboration With The Batman Film
by AutoExpert | 25 January, 2022
Japanese carmaker Nissan has launched a limited Juke Kiiro edition for the UK market as part of a cooperation with The Batman movie, which premieres in London on March 4th. Unlike Batman, Kiiro is the Japanese word meaning yellow.
The Juke Kiiro is distinguished by yellow bumpers and side sills, as well as a Ceramic Grey body color and black-painted top and mirrors with white decorations. A set of glossy black 19-inch wheels and an aluminum finisher on the front valance complete the exterior makeover.
Black fabric upholstery with dark syntec leather inlays and metallic grey and yellow piping can be seen throughout the interior. The NissanConnect infotainment system offers an 8-inch touchscreen with Android Auto / Apple Carplay compatibility, Google Assistant / Amazon Alexa connectivity, and TomTom Maps & Live Traffic.
Since 2019, the Nissan Juke has been in its 2nd gen, and it is built on the CMF-B chassis. A turbocharged 1.0-liter three-cylinder motor with 112 horsepower (84 kW / 114 PS) and up to 200 Nm (147.5 lb-ft) of torque is standard on the model. A six-speed manual transmission or an additional dual-clutch transmission sends power to the front axle.
Starting at the end of February, Nissan will provide 5,000 Juke Kiiro models across the region, 500 of which will be earmarked for the United Kingdom. The existing Juke range in the UK is currently priced between £19,200 and £25,700, but prices for the new model will be disclosed at a later date.
