New Land Rover Defender 130 Pickup By Heritage Customs: A £131,000 Bespoke Marvel

The Dutch coachbuilder Heritage Customs has unveiled a lavish pickup variant of the Land Rover Defender 130. The company is aiming to further establish itself with its newest unique offering, following the success of their recently unveiled Defender 90 convertible.
You can buy it for £131,000 before taxes. The source vehicle, a Defender 130 X Dynamic SE, is part of that package deal.
The Valiance Pickup, which boasts a rebuilt bodyshell and extensive customization, reportedly underwent in-house creation with meticulous attention to detail and is based on the Defender's longest variant. "Each Valiance Pickup is a unique expression of its owner's individuality,"
According to the firm, this customization option retains the Defender's signature off-road prowess and allows owners to "feel like the king of the road—and desert." The firm has not disclosed the precise technical specifications of the conversion, but reports suggest that the Defender 130 has a trunk capacity of 1232 liters. A regular automobile's towing capacity is also three tons.
While Land Rover has dropped hints about a potential Defender pickup truck in the past, the company has never officially stated its intention to manufacture one. Heritage Customs has been tight-lipped about production numbers.
