New Fully Electric MG Cyberster To Pack 536 Horsepower
by AutoExpert | 13 April, 2023
Before its premiere at next week's Shanghai Auto Show, the all-electric MG Cyberster has been unveiled in pictures released by China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
Even if the final model is more restrained than the original concept, it nonetheless stands out. Specifically, the MG Cyberster has a conventional two-door layout and a foldable cloth roof. The athletic appearance of the vehicle is further enhanced by the presence of either 19- or 20-inch alloy wheels.
We also know that the MG Cyberster will be offered with a choice between two engines. The rear-wheel drive (RWD) version has a maximum output of 310 hp from a single engine, while the all-wheel drive (AWD) variant has a total of 536 hp from a 201 hp (front) and 335 hp (rear) engine. The lithium-ion battery pack's capacity and range are unknown at this time. We look forward to learning more about the MG Cyberster on April 18 at the Shanghai Auto Show.
