Kia Has Released A Teaser For The Facelifted 2023 Telluride SUV
by AutoExpert | 8 April, 2022
Kia has released a few teasers for the sportier 2023 Telluride. The popular off-roader will have its global debut next week at the New York International Auto Show (NYIAS), accompanying the facelifted premium Pallisade, with Kia promising striking new design features as well as a robust X-Pro trim line.
However, the external appearance doesn't appear to be drastically different from the existing vehicle, which was redesigned for 2022. The square face and grille, on the other hand, are more reminiscent of the 2016 Telluride Concept.
The large, narrow digital display that spans from behind the steering wheel to the far side of the main tunnel, similar to the one on the electric EV6, is the most striking interior element. The facelifted Kia Telluride will be available in seven and eight-seat configurations, as well as front- or all-wheel drive.
The 2016 concept revealed a hybrid V6 with a total of 400 horsepower (405 PS), while the current SUV's only motor is a 3.8-liter V6 with 291 hp (295 PS), which is expected to be kept. This year, Kia is releasing a slew of new SUVs, and the 2023 Telluride is just one of them. The Sportage has already been updated, and spy images of the sportier top Pallisade were just released.
