The "standard" Z06 is an absolute power beast, but wait until you see what Corvette brought to SEMA 2015: the Z06 C7.R Edition.
The C7.R is a special edition that is based on the 3LZ trim from Z06 and features the Z07 Performance pack that includes Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires and Brembo carbon-ceramic brakes.
The power-hungry monster gets the juice from a 6.2-liter supercharged V8 engine that unleashes 650 hp and the same amount of torque.
The exterior of the C7.R got yellow/black wheels, yellow calipers, carbon hood, metallic gray grille, and vents.
The interior features Competition sports seats, black leather with yellow stitches. Corvette will build a total of 650 units of which 500 are made for the US market. At this time, there is no info regarding the price!
