Before sales begin in June, Nissan has released complete Japanese pricing for its much-anticipated new Z. The Nissan Z comes standard with a 400-horsepower twin-turbocharged V6 engine that may be ordered with either a 6-speed manual or a 9-speed automatic gearbox.
Regardless of the gearbox selection, Nissan's new Z with the base 400HP starts at 5,241,500 Yen (US$40,890). Prices for the Z vary from 5,241,500 Yen (USD 40,890) to 6,462,500 Yen (USD 50,416) in Japan.
Although official US pricing has yet to be disclosed, Nissan representatives have previously speculated that the Z will cost between $40,000 and $45,000 in the US.
The entry and T automatic versions for the Japanese market Nissan Z will come with 18-inch aluminum wheels, while the S, ST manual and ST automatic models will come with 19-inch Rays aluminum wheels, aluminum brake calipers, and a limited-slip differential.
Genuine leather and suede-like materials are also included in the ST models, as well as power seats with back support.
Ultimately, a special edition Nissan Z "Proto Spec" exhibited at the 2022 Tokyo Auto Salon will cost 6,966,300 Yen (USD 54,593). We don't know if any of the 240 Proto Specs will be given to the United States.
