Hyundai i30 Fastback N Limited Edition For Australia Presented, With Only 500 Units Available
by AutoExpert | 27 July, 2021
Once the facelifted i30 N was unveiled, there were concerns about whether the hatchback and Fastback would sell in Australia. The hatchback was already promised, and now the Fastback has followed it, even if only 500 will be provided.
The new Hyundai i30 Fastback N Limited Edition, like the hatch, is driven by a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder with 276 hp (206 kW) and a torque of 289 lb-ft (392 Nm) that can be paired to either a six-speed manual or an eight-speed dual-clutch gearbox. N Grin Shift, N Power Shift, and N Track Sense Shift modes are available on models with the DCT. N Custom, which allows drivers to customize the motor, suspension, ESC, electronic limited-slip differential, active variable exhaust, steering, and gearbox, is one of the five extra driving modes available.
Forged 19-inch alloy wheels are standard on all Hyundai i30 Fastback N Limited Edition cars sold in Australia, reducing the car's unsprung weight by 14.4 kg (31.7 lbs) over the pre-facelift version. Another significant improvement is the usual installation of lightweight bucket seats with leather and Alcantara. Polar White, Shadow Grey, Dark Knight, Phantom Black, Performance Blue, Engine Red, and Sunset Red are some of the colors available for the automobile.
For an additional $1,500 (US$1,102), it may be equipped with a panoramic roof. Hyundai i30 Fastback N Limited Edition is priced in Australia at AU$49,000 (US$36,000) for the six-speed manual and AU$52,000 (US$38,200) for the DCT, plus dealership transportation as well as on-road expenses.
