The Honda brand enthusiasts and particularly of diehard fans of Civic managed to acquire a picture and some information about the latest petrol engines developed by the Japanese company.
This is a four-cylinder engine and a 2.0-liter volume turbo-aspirated, to be present on Civic and Type R versions.
Behold after the unit 1.5-liter turbo and 2.0-liter naturally aspirated, the two engines will be turbo-aspirated and will join another one. About this communicates us the online platform Honda Civic enthusiasts, CivicX referring to officials.
The petrol unit will be introduced until a year later the Civic Si version, under the hood that supposedly will develop around 230 horsepower! There are also "fears" that we will see the same engine in the Type R version, except that in this case, the propellant will generate some more horsepower.
But to compete on equal, or even to be better than that, the future Civic Type R should put on the front axle at least 300 horsepower. Everything is planned for the next year and drive less nervous, a little engine volume 1.0-liter, turbo-aspirated, producing 127 horsepower, being the most affordable in the Japanese manufacturer's range.
