GMC Sierra Denali Edition 1 Launches With New Lower Price And Enhanced Specs
by AutoExpert | 26 August, 2024
The GMC Sierra EV Denali Edition 1 is finally heading to consumers, almost two years after its debut. Originally set for an early 2024 release, the launch faced a slight delay.
The great news, though, is that the price has been reduced from $108,695 to $99,995!
On the performance front, the Denali Edition 1 is incredibly fast. It is able to go from 0 to 60 mph in only 4.5 seconds thanks to its 754 horsepower and 785 lb-ft of torque (when in Max Power Mode). What makes the Sierra EV even more impressive is its towing capacity of up to 10,000 pounds.
Thanks to the included CrabWalk mode, which allows the rear wheels to mimic the angle of the front wheels (ranging from 7 to 10 degrees, depending on the model), the GMC Sierra EV Denali Edition 1 should be capable off-road. Among its many opulent features are a fixed panoramic glass sunroof, open-pore wood trim, dark metal highlights, and Air Ride Adaptive Suspension.
Surprisingly, the Sierra EV Denali Edition 1 features the largest infotainment touchscreen ever seen in a Sierra truck, measuring 16.8 inches. It also comes equipped with the advanced Super Cruise system for hands-free driving assistance.
