Frontline Cars V8 LE60 Is A Modern MGB Classic Set For Monterey Debut

With its restomod MGB, the V8 LE60, Frontline Cars is making waves ahead of its US debut at Monterey Car Week. This car first caught everyone's attention in September 2023, and its impressive specifications have remained unchanged since then.
The engine is a 375-horsepower Rover V8, which is far more than the original power output of the vehicle. Only a Tremec manual gearbox with a limited-slip differential can send that power to the back wheels.
A reinforced chassis and a wider track, compared to the original vehicle, result in more consistent performance. As a company, Frontline has a long and storied relationship with the legendary British brand, and the LE60 has always been more than "just a car" to them. "We can’t wait to meet enthusiasts who share our love for the MGB at Monterey Car Week, and to offer them the chance to experience the blend of tradition and modern performance that defines our vehicles," said Tim Fenna, Founder and Chief Engineer of Frontline.
The vehicle is scheduled to arrive in the US for demonstrations and test drives. It is a left-hand-drive vehicle, but prices aren't available just yet. However, buyers can expect to pay anywhere from $120,000 to $147,000, depending on customization.
