From $56,500, The V8-powered 2022 Lexus IS 500 F Sport Performance Can Be Yours

Pricing for 2022 Lexus IS 500 F Sport Performance was officially announced, being first unveiled in February. The automobile will be priced at $56,500, which is $10,000 cheaper than its nearest German competitor.
The IS 500 Premium follows the base model. A Mark Levinson 17-speaker Premium Surround Sound Audio System, a navigation system, a panoramic view monitor, and a motorized rear sunshade are all included in the $61,000 price tag. The IS 500 Launch Edition, which begins at $67,400, is the last option.
It has all of the features of the Premium trim, with the added benefit of being restricted to only 500 units in North America and sporting lightweight BBS wheels as well as unique trim and interior. Despite its low price, 2022 Lexus IS 500 F Sport Performance produces the same, if not greater, power than the Germans, however, it lacks torque.
The Lexus 5.0-liter V8 produces 472 hp (479 PS / 352 kW) and 395 lb-ft (536 Nm) of torque, whereas the BMW M3 produces 1 hp (1 PS / 0.75 kW) and 11 lb-ft (15 Nm) more for an additional $13,400.
Even so, many can be ready to ignore the IS's lower torque for its naturally aspirated V8 character, something none of the Germans can boast, and a starting price that is nearly $10k lower than any of them. 2022 Lexus IS 500 F Sport Performance is anticipated to arrive in dealerships later this month, and we literally can not wait to see what it's like to drive one.
