The US carmaker of the Ford cars is suspected of working on a new Sportcar, and according to the recent rumors, it might even be the GT's successor.
Ford will celebrate 50 years of the famous racing victory in the 24 Hours on the Le Mans and wants to do it in a quite different way, launching a limited edition of cars with sport tint built in a number of only 1,200 copies. Few details are known about the new Sportcar, but there are voices in the company which is claiming that it will be driven by a V6 engine from the EcoBoost range, capable of delivering up to 600 horsepower.
Most likely, Ford will take advantage of the Auto Show in Detroit, now scheduled in January 2015, to submit their masterpiece right at their home.
