Today's concept car is based o a pretty new car - Ferrari F12 Berlinetta. Nevertheless, Dejan Hristiv, the author of the CascoRosso concept, believed that it is never too early to start modifying. The concept is a passionate red, front-engine, GT car.
You will recognize influences from the famous F12 Berlinetta and the '60s Ferrari 250 GTO in CascoRosso's design.
Although at first sight, the body of the concept is pretty similar to Berlinetta, there are a lot of different features in the new concept. First of all, it works on a hybrid system, the batteries stabilizing the car's weight by being fixed in its back. We presume that the engine is a beautiful V12.
The doors open in a scissors' manner, hiding the front of the car when they are open. The lights are hidden under the hood, ensuring a clean neat design.
CascoRosso has no back window, the driver getting the back view through two special cameras transmitting the images to the display in front of the driver, where usually we find the back view mirror.
