DEUS Vayanne: An Electric Hypercar With More than 2,200 HP
by AutoExpert | 14 April, 2022
At the New York International Auto Show, DEUS unveiled the Vayanne, their anticipated electric hypercar. Italdesign and Williams Advanced Engineering, an Austrian company, collaborated on the project. DEUS Vayanne is expected to produce more than 2,200 horsepower thanks to a chassis developed by Williams Advanced Engineering.
DEUS expects the automobile to reach 62 mph in under 1.99 seconds and keep accelerating to over 248 mph. DEUS claims that it will have 4.7 inches of ground clearance and enough storage room. The vehicle's practicality was just as vital as its performance in its construction.
“At DEUS, design is not merely about the looks, it is an integrated concept that reflects the marque’s main credo: to effortlessly combine exquisite design and functionality with cutting-edge technology in the EV hypercar segment,” explained Adrian-Filip Butuca, head of design.
The front and back grilles were created to resemble an infinite loop, according to the carmaker, while geometric features on the remainder of the vehicle allude to the accuracy of geometry. DEUS used the most sustainably leather it could find for the inside. Furthermore, a completely digital instrument cluster and control panel distinguish this as a totally contemporary vehicle.
The DEUS Vayanne is planned to begin delivery in 2025, and only 99 of these electric hypercars will be produced.
