Brabus Modifications Make The Mercedes-Maybach S680 Look And Perform Menacingly

Renowned for its commitment to pushing performance boundaries, Brabus has elevated the engine prowess of the Mercedes-Maybach S680 to new heights with its latest creation, the Mercedes-Maybach Brabus 850. While most of the work is done under the hood, changes are also made to the appearance.
Although the stock engine already delivered an impressive 621 horsepower, Brabus was not satisfied and decided to undertake a radical transformation.
Brabus increased the displacement of the twin-turbocharged V12 engine from 6.0 to 6.3 liters by utilizing a larger bore. Forged pistons, a billet crankshaft, and new connecting rods were also part of the upgrade. Larger turbochargers make sure that the V12 engine is working at its best, giving it 850 horsepower and 1,033 pound-feet of torque, which is a lot. However, in order to enhance durability, Brabus has made a slight adjustment to reduce the torque to 811 lb-ft.
The vehicle's performance is enhanced with the help of new mapping, which enables precision-tuned injection, ignition, and boost control functions. According to Brabus, this luxurious vehicle can now accelerate from 0 to 62 miles per hour in a mere 4.1 seconds, with a maximum speed of 155 mph, which is electronically restricted.
Brabus goes beyond just enhancing the car's power; its appearance is equally impressive. A stunning carbon-fiber aerodynamic package, which is available in both high-gloss and matte finishes, enhances the Maybach's visual appeal. The kit consists of a brand new front lip spoiler, side air intake surrounds, and a rear diffuser.
These components are designed to showcase the exposed carbon fiber and feature cutouts that accommodate the tailpipes of the new exhaust system. The 10-spoke, 22-inch Monoblock Z Platinum Edition wheels further improve the vehicle's aesthetics. These wheels measure 9.5 inches at the front and 10 inches at the rear.
The interior offers a wonderful combination of luxury and state-of-the-art technology. All the interior components, like the steering wheel, dashboard, center console, and door panels, have a sleek and stylish carbon fiber design. Brabus goes the extra mile by offering customers a diverse selection of colors, materials, and finishes to choose from.
Moreover, Brabus enhances the Mercedes-Maybach S680 by installing stainless steel high-performance pipes that include actively controlled butterfly valves, allowing for adjustable sound levels. The tuner also introduced the advanced SportXtra control module for the air suspension, which now enables a drop in ride height of up to 0.8 inches.
The Brabus-modified Mercedes-Maybach S680 is the epitome of supreme performance, superb craftsmanship, and unrivaled luxury. The asking price has been set at 470,000 euros ($515,016).
