Brabus 800 Adventure XLP Superblack G-Class Pickup Is A $825,000 Vehicle With Portal Axles
by AutoExpert | 20 January, 2022
After debuting the Brabus 800 Adventure XLP, an extended G-Class pick-up with portal axles, a complete bodykit, and an AMG motor, the German tuner returns with the dark-themed “Superblack” edition. The Widestar body package with carbon fiber elements transforms the G-Class. A dual-cab full pickup upgrade extends the Adventure XLP's length to 17.4 feet (5.31 meters).
While the 22-inch Brabus Monoblock HD wheels are meant for heavy-duty off-road usage with Pirelli Scorpion ATR tires (325/55 R22), the roof rack with additional LEDs and the full-size spare wheel installed on the rear bed inject more excitement into the game. Brabus portal axles in the front and back have been installed, giving the Adventure XLP a gigantic 19.2-inch (488 mm) ground clearance.
The twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 engine produces 789 hp (588 kW / 800 PS) and 737 lb-ft (1,000 Nm) of torque under the hood. A nine-speed automatic transmission sends power to all four wheels. This much power can propel the enormous Brabus 800 Adventure XLP from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 4.8 seconds, with a peak speed of 130 mph (210 km/h) electronically restricted.
The inside of the Brabus 800 Adventure XLP was given the "Brabus Masterpiece" treatment, with an all-black color scheme. The inside has unique quality leather upholstery on the seats, door cards, footwells, and trim components, as well as lots of carbon-fiber trim on the center console and black trim throughout.
Brabus will provide your own bespoke XLP in 6 to 12 months if you are interested. This Brabus 800 Adventure XLP Superblack is now on the market for €726,259.38 ($824,195) with just 1,000 km on the clock (621 miles).
