BMW Alpina XB7 Receives A Cool New Design
by AutoExpert | 20 December, 2021
Alpina XB7, which is based on the X7, is completely supported by BMW and successfully fills the hole left by the absence of a full-fat X7 M. The XB7 already appears more ferocious than a typical SUV thanks to its larger brakes and quad exhaust system, but one client wanted it to look so much better.
The owner drove his XB7 to Black Star Distribution in Buffalo Grove, Illinois, for an aesthetic makeover after it was delivered to the dealership a few weeks ago. The alterations are minor, but they give the Alpina XB7 a more aggressive appearance.
In contrast to the Alpina Blue bodywork, black chrome elements cover the body, while the front and rear BMW insignia have been darkened and the grille has been blackened out. The front and rear reflectors were also deleted and repainted to match the bodywork. The stock 21-inch alloy wheels on Alpina XB7 were also swapped out for gloss black 22-inch Vossen wheels with Pirelli Scorpion rubber.
A ceramic coating to preserve the paintwork, tinted windows, and a 4K dash camera are among the other alterations. However, no changes were made beneath the hood, and Alpina XB7 is far from weak. The 4.4-liter V8 engine produces 612 hp and 590 lb-ft of torque.
