There's an optional suspension spring set that offers the possibility to lower the front by 0.9 inches at the front and by 1.3 inches at the rear. Meanwhile, the tuned BMW 5 Series has custom wheels available in 20-inch or 21-inch variants.

Especially for the M Sport Package, AC Schnitzer also improved the aerodynamics to fit a new front splitter, side skirts, and a rear diffuser. More downforce was ensured by adding a new carbon fiber rear wing. The European Touring model is only available with the roof spoiler. For the BMW 5 Series, there are also and upgrades for the luxury interior, the German tuner proposes upgraded enhancements via upgrades brought to the gear shift paddles and aluminum cover for the Drive controller and the key holder.
