A New Chapter For Karma: Meet The Limited-Edition Invictus
by AutoExpert | 7 November, 2024
Karma has just unleashed the Invictus, a sleek, performance-focused evolution of its Revero sedan. While its silhouette may look familiar, this model takes things to the next level with a serious dose of carbon fiber.
This special Karma Invictus wears a carbon fiber hood, roof, trunk, and front fenders—complete with functional vents. This carbon fiber treatment extends to the grille, side skirts, rear spoiler, and diffuser, complemented by dark badging and 21-inch aluminum wheels with wider Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires.
Inside, the Karma Invictus has a refined, art-deco-inspired vibe, nodding to iconic architecture like New York’s Chrysler Building. Heated and ventilated front seats sport this intricate pattern, echoed on the door panels and center console, while embroidered headrests and anodized aluminum door sills add upscale touches.
Power-wise, the Invictus builds on the third-gen Revero’s range-extended electric setup. It pairs a turbocharged 1.5-liter engine with a 28 kWh battery and dual motors, generating a robust 536 hp and 550 lb-ft of torque. Thanks to weight reduction and traction improvements, the Invictus sprints from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.97 seconds—a noticeable improvement from the Revero’s 4.5 seconds.
Performance enhancements don’t stop there. With Ohlins coil-overs and Swift springs, the revised suspension promises more precise handling, greater grip, and a more controlled ride. Karma claims this setup enhances the driving experience by delivering sharper steering and cornering stability. Karma has capped production at just 30 units and has not yet disclosed pricing or a release date.
