Many carmakers have tried their best to build replicas of this legendary vehicle. But none of them can stand near the original Cobra built by AC Cars.
Fortunately, the RM Sotheby's auction is listing a 1965 Shelby 427 Competition Cobra for an expected price of around $3,000,000.
This Shelby Cobra is one of only 23 vehicles ever made and is powered by an immense V8 engine that can produce 620 hp. This particular chassis number, CSX 3010, has participated in championships and even claimed victory in the Eastern Canadian Endurance championship.
The current owner has completely restored it in the 1980s and has enjoyed this iconic vehicle since 1978.
