2022 Lexus LX Gets A Modelista Revamp
by AutoExpert | 13 January, 2022
With a fresh yet recognizable look, the fourth-generation 2022 Lexus LX was unveiled in October. A cosmetic upgrade kit for Toyota's new luxury SUV was created by in-house tuner Modellista, and although the pieces don't represent a considerable improvement, they do give the vehicle an updated look.
Front and rear lower valances with a sportier appearance are included in the package. With the lower valance jutting in front of the car, the new spoiler provides some depth to the SUV's generally flat profile. The rear skirt features a wing-shaped design that makes it seem thinner and more forceful than the standard component it substitutes.
Full-length stainless steel running board plates with running black lines for aesthetics and agility are also available from Modellista. The wheels, which are 22-inch forged aluminum components with lock nuts, are the tuner's last piece of equipment. There are no interior modifications listed on Modellista, and the model has no performance enhancements.
Lexus LX is equipped with a twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter V6 engine that produces 409 hp (304 kW) and 479 lb-ft (650 Nm) of torque in the United States. The new SUV includes a new chassis and technology, as well as a weight reduction of 441 lbs (200 kg). When the 2022 Lexus LX hits US dealerships in the first quarter of this year, anyone looking to customize it beyond its default appearance will have options from Modellista.
