Zyrus Engineering Presents The VW ID. Buzz Carbon Body Kit
by AutoExpert | 12 August, 2022
Zyrus Engineering, known for its groundbreaking projects, is now offering VW ID. Buzz customizations. According to Radni Molhampour, CEO of Zyrus Engineering, all they wanted to do was design an interesting body package for the electric vehicle. The whole thing is made from scratch and tailored just to the ID. Buzz.
The kit featured in these images has a front fender with a complete splitter and is further enhanced with winglets on the side to increase downforce.
Similarly, the side skirts have a lowered design that enhances the vehicle's aerodynamics. Conversely, the VW ID. Buzz's rear end is outfitted with a spoiler and a diffuser, both of which are composed of carbon fiber to prevent unnecessary weight.
The 22-inch carbon fiber ZWheels with carbon aerodiscs, which are sold separately, are also manufactured entirely of prepreg carbon fiber. According to the customizer, the aero components may be ordered with either a glossy or matte finish. As an added service, purchasers may have them matched to the shade of their van's exterior.
The package for the VW ID. Buzz costs €11,900 ($12,277), with the wheels costing an additional €4,999 ($5,157). Beginning in early 2023, each component will be available for purchase.
