Wall Climbing Now Possible With VertiGo

A team made of Disney Researchers and ETH Zurich's brilliant minds, including Paul Beardsley, Michael Arigoni, Robert Simpson, and others created VertiGo - a robot capable to climb on walls.
The creation is based on two propellers, which are tiltable and, thus, ensure on-wall fixation, and four wheels helping the movement.
This robot is important since it represents a step forward in developing the robot's capacity in moving in the interior and urban environment and outcome the obstacles.
