Vertu Signature Touch: Another Bentley-Vertu Partnership
by AllAutoExperts | 22 January, 2016
Vertu has launched the third phone for Bentley. This is the most advanced mobile phone coming from Vertu.
In spite of not being very impressive from the technological point of view, it costs approximately 9000 USD.
Bentley and Vertu were announcing their long term partnership in summer 2014, which included the launch of 5 luxury telephones.
The mobile phone producer and the cars' one held their promise and have already launched two telephones - one with a price tag saying 12 500 Euros in October 2014 and the other one in summer, last year, costing not less than 20 000 Euros.
The third phone comes in January 2016 and is just another proof of opulence and finesse. The telephone is called Signature Touch and is the most advanced telephone created by Vertu ever, having the most advanced screen from all the Vertu range.
The telephone is dressed in Beluga and Hotspur leather, with a contrasting trim, just like the Crewe luxury products. The 3D Bentley logo is present, along with the chromed buttons. The clients can choose between 8 leather colors and 16 contrasting trims.
Since we are talking about a smartphone, the telephone runs on Android 5.1, enriched with Audio Dolby Digital Plus technology, which improves the sound. There is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, with 4 GB RAM, allowing a memory extension of up to 64 GB, with a generous 3160 mAh battery.
The telephone uses a full HD 5.2-inch screen, protected by a sapphire crystal glass. The camera has 21 megapixels in the back and 2 megapixels in the front.
The telephone will be available starting January 28 and will cost less than Vertu's latest phone for Bentley, approximately 9000 dollars.
