DEVOLRO tuning, the owner of which is a Russian citizen living in Miami, announced it will launch a version of a "re-equipped" SUV UAZ Hunter, able to compete even with the Land Rover Defender or Mercedes Benz G-Class!
The very ambitious man, at the helm of Performance Car Studio DEVOLRO announced on his Facebook page that the UAZ Hunter will get new engines, a 2.5 liter diesel that develops 160 horsepower, or a gas 3.0 liter engine that delivers 210 horsepower. In addition, the car will benefit from several improvements at the technical level and special features designed to enhance passenger comfort.
Starting price for the new Hunter would be over 29,000 Euros, but, as I said above, the amount requested would be justified since the Russian SUV will be able to compete with even the Mercedes G-Klass or LR Defender , the latter being extremely popular among Russians, for comfort, luxury and excellent off-road capabilities.
DEVOLRO tuning workshops experience is reflected in several individual projects, based on the Toyota Tundra SUV, one of which was transformed into a limousine. Eduard Orlov (DE VORLO read backwards), the founder of the company hopes the modified UAZ will be successful and overseas, relying for example on motorcycles with the Ural sidecar, where 50% of the total production is sold in the USA.
