Toyota Yaris will receive a facelift this summer. Until then, Toyota has published the first picture of Yaris facelift model showing an aspect of the new generation inspired by the Aygo.
Besides the aesthetic changes, the new Yaris promises an improved cockpit, with a higher level of perceived quality and more materials and colors on offer. The aesthetic changes are found in the front bumper to the hood, The Yaris facelift with an "X" in the center of which is Toyota logo.
Compared to its smaller brother, Aygo, "X" is no newcomer in a contrasting color from the body; it was just a silhouette on the hood of Japanese subcompact. From a technical standpoint, Yaris facelift will receive a revised suspension and improved soundproofing to reduce perceived noise level in the interior.
The engine range does not announce any changes; Yaris is being offered further with 1.0 and 1.3 petrol engines, the diesel's 1.4-liter D-4D version and Hybrid.
