At the recent State Fair of Texas, Toyota made a splash by unveiling the 2024 Tundra 1794 Limited Edition. This special edition is a tribute to Texas' rich heritage, named after the historic 1794 ranch near San Antonio, a significant piece of which Toyota acquired for its manufacturing plant producing the Tundra and Sequoia.
Distinguishing itself from the standard 1794 Edition, the Limited Edition boasts a unique and luxurious interior. Buyers have also a choice of paint colors, including Wind Chill Pearl, Smoked Mesquite, Blueprint, and Midnight Black Metallic.
Toyota collaborated with Saddleback Leather Company to craft premium leather, and they've also introduced exclusive accessories like an overnight bag, tool roll, owners’ portfolio, and a small pouch. On the outside, the 1794 Limited Edition features dark accents everywhere, with a dark chrome grille and a distinctive tailgate.
Enhancing its off-road capabilities, the Tundra 1794 Limited Edition comes with an upgraded FOX suspension featuring 2.5-inch-diameter FOX Internal Bypass shocks and a 1.1-inch lift in ride height. Special wheels and tires are also available.
Toyota plans to manufacture a limited run of only 1,500 Tundra 1794 Limited Editions. These trucks are set to hit dealerships next spring and it's a blend of Texas heritage and modern performance, sure to turn heads on and off the road.
