The new X Speedium Coupe from Genesis is sure to please fans. The Genesis X Speedium Coupe, which is basically an extension of last year's X concept, is supposed to showcase the aesthetic language that would be featured on future electric vehicles.
A tightly sealed version of the company's Crest grille is used in the concept. The quad lighting components are now joined by daytime running lights to accentuate the form of the grille. In addition, we can observe new wheels that are paired with yellow-green calipers and vented discs.
The Genesis X Speedium Coupe likewise features a long double-bubble top and a larger greenhouse, similar to the fastback. There's also a back spoiler with a ducktail and a more muscular bumper with a diffuser.
“This car is an open-door moment in Genesis’ journey towards our future EV design. This isn’t a show car, it’s a look into our design processes as we explore ideas for the next wave of EVs, one that incorporates Genesis’ DNA,” stated chief creative officer Luc Donckerwolke.
