The G29 BMW Z4 By Estella-Fahrzeugtechnik Is A Modern Ode To The 507

Elvis Presley was the proud owner of not one but two BMW 507s; now, 65 years later, the iconic vehicle gets a contemporary update in the form of the new G29 BMW Z4. The Estella-Fahrzeugtechnik Roadster Tender 5.7, in collaboration with ds-Fasertechnik GmbH, constructs its entire body from carbon fiber.
Although it doesn't resemble the original 507 in appearance, the body successfully captures the essence of the classic design and pays homage to its historical roots.
BMW has reupholstered the interior in a contemporary style. Even when covered in plush leather, the dashboard-mounted displays and the instantly recognizable central console are simple to see. A BMW B58 engine sits under the bonnet. The standard output from the 3.0-liter turbocharged straight-six engine is 335 hp and 368 lb-ft of torque.
The 5.7, on the other hand, has 500 horsepower and 479 pound-feet of torque thanks to a number of improvements, including a bigger turbo, an aftermarket intake, and a new exhaust system. Equipped with fully adjustable coilovers, the Tender 5.7 rides on 20-inch Alpina wheels. Estella-Fahrzeugtechnik will produce only fifteen, each featuring a unique color scheme. The company has already reserved two spots. The price starts at 288,000 ($312,543).
