Sugar Design Brings Classic Cool To BMW Neue Klasse With Stunning Touring Concept

So far, we’ve seen a couple of BMW Neue Klasse concept cars. They’re cool, but honestly, they don’t hit quite as hard as the Neue Klasse Touring concept by Sugar Design.
Sugar Design gave us a sneak peek of a wagon version of the Neue Klasse sedan concept last year. Now, there’s a full set of renders in two styles, and they’ve got everyone buzzing. There’s a real nod to the classic BMW E30, which is definitely exciting for fans of those old-school designs.
Both versions look pretty similar, but with a few tweaks here and there. The silver one replaces the angled LED daytime running lights from the original concept with BMW’s old "angel eyes" headlights. Those were super popular about a decade ago, and while they’ve fallen out of style, they actually suit this wagon design perfectly. The red version keeps the modern LED lights, which probably gives us a better idea of what we’ll see in the real production version of the Neue Klasse.
However, Sugar Design didn't stop there with the changes. The artist lowered the side windows slightly to align them with the car's shoulder line, enhancing its sleek appearance. He also swapped out the wheels for new ones and added black rocker panels for a more aggressive look. Interestingly, the silver version has traditional side mirrors, but the red one has rear-facing cameras instead, giving it that futuristic edge.
Now, will this be the best-looking BMW wagon ever? Who knows. If they take a few cues from these renders, we might be in for something seriously cool when the Neue Klasse models hit the streets.
