Set to debut just next summer, the new French model will be positioned on a lower rung of the Dacia a Renault Logan, which is currently the most successful low-cost car.
The Dacia Logan project launched 10 years ago has proven to be a success for the French, and this motivates them not to stop here and move on to move to the step number two with a more affordable car. According to the publication Les Echos, the new range of cars will include the models with a standard price of just 3,500 euros!
This will be made possible thanks to the use of a new Camm platform developed in collaboration with the specialists from Nissan. On this basis it will be built at least four new models, a sedan, a hatchback, a SUV and a MPV with seven seats for the passengers.
The cars will be assembled at the factory in Morocco, ulterior the first models will appear in the Indian market.
