Rimac is ready for another round of investing funds and Porsche offers to participate. Recently, the electric automaker announced its intention to look for raising $157 million – $181 million. In a previous statement, Mate Rimac confirmed the news and revealed that other financing rounds are being planned for the next coming year.

No exact details were made officially about how much will Porsche invest in Rimac, but the complex deal between the grand trio – Bugatti, Rimac, and Porsche might reach the final negotiations. According to experts, Porsche's participation in the negotiation, suggests that the deal could reach an end.

These negotiations aren’t only one-sided. Take for example the Bugatti and Rimac where there are most intense deliberations. These two brands are a very good technological fit. There's more than one scenario and even more different structures for each scenario. So, the main purpose is to develop the Bugatti brand in the best and profitable way.

When the deal will finally reach the common ground, Porsche will increase its current 15.5 / cent stake in Rimac to as much as 49 / cent. The end of this deal would be the Rimac would be handed the Bugatti without any money changing hands.
