One-Of-A-Kind Porsche 968 Speedster Created In Partnership With Fashion House

When it comes to art vehicles, Porsche is well-known for producing a slew over the years. Its most recent creation is a heavily customized Porsche 968 Speedster, the result of a collaboration with streetwear designer Arthur Kar of Parisian label L'Art De L'Automobile.
Known as "968 L'ART," the vehicle is an homage to the '90s style currently dominating the fashion industry. The car's roof was removed, and the back was reworked to make it a speedster. This Porsche 968 Speedster was then coated in a shade of green that Arthur Kar and his colleagues created for this particular project.
Furthermore, the Porsche 968 Speedster's interior has ECCO Leather EL3 Recaro bucket seats. The Bose audio system, on the other hand, allows you to listen to your songs while driving at any speed, while TAG Heuer provided a stopwatch for the dashboard. The rear taillights are emblazoned with Kar's name, a tribute to his sunglass line.
Kar grew up in his father's car business, where he was a long-time Porsche devotee. He began working as a mechatronics technician in a French Porsche facility at the age of 16, before starting his own business selling refurbished automobiles to clients all over the world, allowing him to purchase his own Carrera GT.
In 2017, he decided to branch out into a new business by launching his fashion company, L'Art De L'Automobile. During Paris Fashion Week in the Marais area, at high-end fashion retailers, and on the internet, the company will sell a limited-edition fashion line to commemorate this new partnership.
Starting in mid-October, the second collection of 6 items has been designed exclusively for Porsche dealerships and will be sold in select Porsche Centers as well as online.
