Nissan Maxima debuts at New York Auto Show

Nissan presented the new generation of Maxima at the American auto show. The Japanese said that the new model is not a simple sedan but a sports car with four doors!
There were rumors about the new Nissan Maxima before the official presentation but all technical details were made public only recently. Under the hood, it has a 3.5 L gasoline engine that develops 300 HP. Although engine stats would lead us to believe that the car would be a gas hog, the manufacturer says it uses only 7.8 l per 100 km.
The new sedan's design resembles the shape of the Sport Concept presented in 2014 at the Detroit Auto Show. Even if the new Nissan Maxima has more flowing lines, the Japanese tried to confer it a more aggressive look as fits a sports car. On the inside, you can find the same flowing lines, high-quality finishing materials, and sport seats with enhanced lateral support.
Nissan Maxima features a new multimedia system assisted by an 8-inch touchscreen monitor, adaptive cruise control system, emergency automatic braking system, and Blind Spot Detection" system.
The new model will become available in US dealerships this summer with a starting price of $32.410.
