Mercedes Provides A Greater Level Of Personalization To Its Customers

Customers of the Mercedes-Benz G-Class may be familiar with the Manufaktur label, which gives them additional freedom to personalize the appearance of their car. Mercedes is now using the nameplate on a wider range of its automobiles.
In the future, Mercedes aims to expand the label even further, allowing access for the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class, Mercedes-Benz CLS, S-Class, and the Mercedes-AMG GT 4-Door Coupe. There are more exterior paint color possibilities and interior trim, material, and color options under the new Manufaktur label than there were under the previous Designo name.
Mercedes offers more paint colors to customers who choose the Manufaktur method, ranging from silky-matte finishes to high-gloss metallic paints and rich non-metallic paints in between. That includes historical colors like Manufaktur Graphite Grey, which was available on the original 300 SL.
In the 1980s, colors like Graphite Metallic and Olive Metallic were fashionable, while China Blue was all the rage for Mercedes E-Class and S-Class in the 1990s. This customizing service has made them all available again.
Cashmere White Magno, Kalahari Gold Magno, and Night Black Magno are all matte surfaces that emanate sophistication for individuals who are more familiar with modern design trends than rad retro looks. There are many more alternatives within.
Customers can choose between piano lacquer or wood for their trim, and the leather selections can be overwhelming. The Deep White/Black Exclusive Nappa leather inside, as well as the Pastel Yellow/Black interior mix that was offered until 2012, return to the S-Class lineup courtesy to the Manufaktur label.
Nut Brown/Black, Truffle Brown/Black, and Yacht Blue/Black are just a few of the new leather color schemes. Alternatively, if you want a bit extra theater, the Manufaktur ambient lighting could be able to help. It uses LCD tech to brighten the front and rear entry spaces with an animated Mercedes-Benz or Mercedes-Maybach design.
Mercedes will expand the service, with an emphasis on the AMG and EQ subbrands. It is now only offered on a small number of vehicles. These will increase the number of paint and equipment kit options available.
