Lexus Unveils the 2016 RC F GT3 at SEMA 2015!

Lexus stunned everyone when revealing their 2016 RC F GT3 race car during SEMA. It is supposed to appear in the US markets sometime in 2016 and it's a testing launch for future F-based race cars from Lexus.
The race car is based on the production RC F which adjustments to meet the FIA GT3 regulations.
The race car is powered by a 5-liter V8 producing 500 horsepower managed by a 6-speed gearbox with paddle shifters. Total weight is around 2,886 lbs.
The F Performance division has the ultimate goal of making Lexus stronger and better while applying knowledge gained from racking world to the passenger cars, said Lexus Vice President Jeff Bracken.
