Lamborghini has unveiled the SC20, a one-of-a-kind 759 hp track car that is also street-legal. Lamborghini SC20 is the second of two one-off projects developed by Lamborghini's Squadra Corse racing division, and it integrates design cues from the Diablo VT Roadster, Aventador J, Veneno Roadster, and Concept S to create a spectacular mixture of innovation and racing personality, according to Lamborghini.
The Huracán GT3 Evo racer, which inspired the SC20's large front hood air intakes, and the Essenza SCV12, which impacted the SC20's sides, are two other major influencers.
The new Lamborghini SC20 track car is built on a carbon-fiber body with a huge adjustable carbon-fiber rear wing that can be configured in three positions: low, medium, and high load. It was developed by Lamborghini's Centro Stile design center.
The buyer requested that the body be painted white, with vivid blue highlights inside and out. The interior is blue, white, and black, with carbon-fiber detailing on the dash cover, firewall, door panels, center console, and steering wheel.
Lamborghini SC20 is driven by Lamborghini's legendary 6.5-liter V12 engine, which produces 759 hp. A seven-speed ISG transmission and a central electronic differential deliver power to all four wheels. Pirelli P Zero Corsa tires are mounted on aluminum rims 20-inch in the front and 21-inch in the back.
"The SC20 is a combination of sophisticated engineering, Italian craftsmanship, sportiness, and advanced design," said Maurizio Reggiani, Lamborghini's chief technical officer.
