The reverse trike dubbed the Tanom Invader is based on Suzuki Hayabusa and produces 197 hp. It was featured in Jay Leno's Garage and looks like an awesome thing with wheels that you can drive.
The Tanom Invader is considered a motorcycle but looks and feels like a small car. For example, it has the same clutch, brakes, steering, throttle, and even the 6-speed sequential gearbox act just like in any car.
The trike can be yours for a measly $55,000 which is somehow expensive, but it looks damn worthy.
