The images and details regarding the new Tank 330 from the Great Wall flashed on the internet, thanks to the Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
As suggested by its name, Tank 330 is based on the already existing Tank 330, which is not only sold in China but also in other states, including Australia. The vehicle was initially launched back in March 2023 via a crowdfunding project, probably a strategic move to estimate the worth of producing the vehicle. Six seconds into the event, about 1.000 orders have been placed.
Tank 330 has a lot in common with the Frontier Tank 330 Limited Edition, as noted by Car News China. It is equipped with new black bull bars, which complement the front bumper, while black fender flares were added too. Unlike its frontrunner, the Tank 300 doesn’t own a snorkel but does rock a remarkable hood with cooling vents.
We can see that the latest Great Wall off-roader has rock sliders, a roof rack, and beadlock wheels finished in black and cloaked in mud-terrain tires. Tank 330 stands out grace a the roof-mounted spoiler and the new badges.
Under the skin, Tank 330 is powered by a 3.0-liter turbocharged V6 with a solid 355 hp and 369 lb-ft of torque. The engine is paired with an automatic transmission driving all four wheels and MIIT documents disclose that the new model has a departure angle of 37 degrees, a wading depth of 35.4 inches, and an approach angle of 36 degrees.
It measures 77.5 inches in width, 187.8 inches in length, and 77.1 inches in height with a 108.2-inch wheelbase.
